The
quadriceps' muscle in the front or anterior thigh, extending from hip to knee,
and often referred to as the quad muscle. This is a big, strong muscle group
that is primarily responsible for knee extension. It consists of four groups of
muscles that rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis and vastus
intermedius. All these muscles work in coordination and enable us to correct
the lower legs.
A
muscle pulled quad is a condition where muscles suffer stress and wear and tear
develops in the muscle fibers. It usually happens during the performance of
strenuous physical activities or sports such as football, baseball, tennis,
running, cycling, etc. The following conditions lead to frequent muscle this

Symptoms
